Annual business conference to support local businesses

Businesses in Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon and Newry and Mourne Council areas are being given the unique opportunity to attend a local business conference to hear from a range of experienced business professionals who will be sharing their experiences of what it takes to set up and grow a successful business. To mark the fact that 2012 is Olympics Year our keynote speaker for the event will be Dame Mary Peters who will talk about the challenges and pressures of reaching and sustaining performance excellence. The SEED consortium of Councils (Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon and Newry and Mourne) have launched the annual ‘Get up and Grow’ Business Conference to help inspire and inform emerging entrepreneurs and established businesses by hearing for some of today’s leading leaders. The conference is free to attend and will take place on Wednesday 13th June in the Canal Court Hotel Newry commencing with registration at 2pm. Commenting on the business conference Elaine McAlinden Enterprise Development Officer at Babridge  District Council says, “We are delighted to be able to host this business conference which is aimed at the local business community. We believe that the conference is a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences of leading business professionals as well as being a great networking forum and I would strongly encourage budding entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and local businesses to register for this FREE event. As this is Olympics Year having Dame Mary Peters come into the SEED region and talk to our local businesses is timely. This is the second business conference as part of the SEED Promoting Sustainable Enterprise programme and we feel it will beas successful as last year’s inaugural conference.” Commenting on the business conference Simon Devlin from organisers Full Circle Management Solutions explained, “Experince tell us that the business community benefits from the opportunity to hear inspirational speakers share their experiences and I would strongly encourage members of the local business community to register for this FREE business conference.” If you would like to register for this conference or obtain more information please contact Judith or Claire at Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd on 02890691027 or judith@fullcircle.eu.com .
