Expressions of interest are being sought from companies interested in joining a Business Visit to Szczecin in Poland from Monday 15th- Thursday 18th May 2017. The visit is being organised by Newry Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the NI Honorary Consulate of Poland and The Marshal’s Office of the West Pomeranian Region who will assist with setting up and scheduling meetings for companies interested in cooperation with this region.

Free In Market Assistance:
The Marshal’s Office of the West Pomeranian Region will provide free assistance with setting up and scheduling meetings for companies interested in cooperation with this region. A full programme of business networking and activities will be developed in addition to 1-1 company meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
All food expenses and transfers to and from the airport will be covered by The Marshal’s Office of the Westpomeranian Region. However, companies will be expected to book and pay for their own airfare and accommodation costs.
Flights can be booked with Ryanair flying to Berlin on 15th May and flying home from Berlin on 18th May. Group rates for accommodation will be sought with a hotel within the city centre.
