How to write a Business Plan workshop

Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade is delighted to work in partnership with Newry & Mourne Enterprise Agency and Ulster Bank to deliver a ‘Business Plan’ workshop on the 6th February at WIN Business Park.

Liam Quinn, Newry & Mourne Enterprise Agency will be delivering the workshop, he stated, ‘a good business plan is an essential tool for owner/managers to use when planning the strategic future direction and goals of their business.  An effective business plan will help businesses identify and quantity potential opportunities and measure risk.  It is a key requirement when seeking finance and investment.  This workshop will assist delegates with drafting a business plan that meets the needs and requirements of their own organisations’.

Speaking on behalf of Ulster Bank, Anne Morgan stated, ‘all leading financial institutions rely on information supplied by organisations submitted in their business plans as the basis for lending and investment decisions.  At the workshop, Ulster Bank will be giving practical examples of what we as lenders are looking for when it comes to assessing business plans’.
