Secretary of State for International Trade The Rt Hon Dr Liam Fox MP today visited MJM Group in Newry to find out more about the global reach of the McConville Family Group which includes MJM Group, Mivan Marine Ltd and Topglass Contracts Ltd.
Brian McConville, Chair of MJM Group travelled on a trade mission to China with the Secretary of State and the Prime Minister earlier in the year following completion of MJM Group’s first marine fit out project in China.
Today Dr Liam Fox toured the factory and met with the Executive Team to find out more about growth plans for the future.
The company also took the opportunity to assert support for the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement as, while not perfect, it offers a degree of certainty and a good starting point for understanding the uniqueness of Northern Ireland and the complexities of doing business here.
