Crash Services and Common Purpose UK are delighted to invite you (or a senior member of your team) to attend a Common Purpose information session over luncheon at Crash Services, Newry.
WHEN? Tuesday 21st January 2014 at 12.30 – 2.00pm
WHERE? Crash Services boardroom: Canal House, 27-29b, St Mary Street, Newry, BT34 2AA.
WHY? Informal get together with Senior Newry colleagues from different sectors over lunch for networking and an update/overview on Common Purpose N. Ireland’s activities for 2014
Relevance of Common Purpose approach? As the complexity of the external environment places more demands on all sectors and requires excellent performance on squeezed resources, leaders will need to be open to new ways of working and finding creative solutions. It will be increasingly important for senior leaders to know how to build diverse networks that provide support to make change happen as they will not be able to lead in isolation and Common Purpose courses (bringing together people from diverse backgrounds) aims to address these issues. Common Purpose courses are cross-sectoral, externally focused, flexible and modular.
Please RSVP via return email by COB Tuesday 15th Jan if you or one of your senior team would like to attend this informal luncheon session. This is a great opportunity to discover what Common Purpose has to offer your organisation.
Kind Regards,
Sarah Hagan
