Ballylough Consultancy Solutions are based in Castlewellan, Co. Down with training premises located in Rathfriland and led by Senior Management Consultant, Danielle McAllister.
The company assists organisations across all sectors in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of practical, process based management systems.
Danielle has been working in standards and compliance for 10 years, beginning with implementation of ISO Standards in a number of companies in NI and more recently becoming a Lead Certification Assessor working for UKAS accredited certification companies.
Following this, Danielle wanted to combine the knowledge gained from both implementation and assessing and so she began Ballylough Consultancy Solutions in early 2018.
The company takes pride in getting to know each of their clients in order to offer them a unique solution to their specific needs, whether in be advice, training, documentation, internal auditing or full system consultancy.
