Centred Soul is a Social Enterprise which is open to the public and it has a Coffee House, Studio Space and Therapy Space on-site.
They offer coffee and snacks, local food produce, wellness shop products, local art and bring like-minded women together, to connect, laugh, support one another in a safe, funky space.
The Studio Space offers weekly yoga, sound baths, drums circles, meditation and more whilst the Therapy Space offers talk therapy and reflexology, specific supports for women, in particular those in the perinatal stages, or have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.
Centred Soul also host events in collaboration with the Council and other businesses, organisations and festivals.
Throughout year, as a community interest company and social enterprise, they offer more accessibly priced activities as a gateway for all to try wellbeing services, that may not otherwise have an opportunity to do so.
