Some of Newry’s best known historical figures will be calling for your vote on Friday, February 28, as local historians seek to put the age old question of ‘who is the greatest?
This fun, interactive, informative and interesting event will take place from 7.30pm on Friday 28th February in the Town Hall. Proceeds from the event will be donated to CONCERN’s appeal to help alleviate the suffering of the Syrian Refugees.
The event will see the achievements of the likes of Fionn MacGorman, Richard Castle, Francis Carvill, John Mitchel, John Martin, John Grubb Richardson, Sean Hollywood and the Russell Sisters debated in front of an audience which doubles as an electorate.
