Some members will have received rates bills this week.
Please note that some of these bills SHOULD NOT APPLY as the LPS system has not been able to pick up all businesses there were exempt under the rates holiday until the end of March 2021.
There is an online application process for businesses which believe they are eligible for the full year rates holiday but it hasn’t been automatically applied to their rate bill.
If you cannot use the online form, LPS can help them by offering a digital assist service.
An LPS member of staff will be able to complete the form on your behalf during a telephone call.
