Retail Initiative for Newry City
Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade is gearing up for ‘Newry Style City 2012’- a week-long programme of events from 25th March-1st April across the city to stimulate trade and bring shoppers into the area. The event, now in its second year, was a phenomenal success in 2011. It has attracted both private and public sector sponsorship in 2012 and has high ambitions to create a retail boom with events such as Newry Speed Styling, Newry City Catwalk Show, Newry Style Awards and numerous fringe events at different locations in the city.
