Nestled in a valley with the Mourne Mountains to the east and the Ring of Gullion to the south-west Newry City is a prime location on the Belfast to Dublin corridor. As a largely coastal area Newry and Mourne offers great opportunities for water sports for activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and waterskiing.
