A popular clothing brand is set to open in The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry.
The SuperDry unit will be the first branded SuperDry store in Northern Ireland outside of Belfast and will comprise 6,700 sq ft of space.
The shop will join existing tenants such as Topshop, Next, River Island and Monsoon
Eddie Cull of landlord Parker Green the store would provide an ‘enhanced fashion offering’ at The Quays.
‘It is important to ensure our customer base has an excellent variety of retailers to choose from and that the offering is strengthened to suit an increasing volume of shoppers from across the border,’ he added.
Colin Mathewson of letting agency CBRE said: ‘The arrival of SuperDry at The Quays further cements the scheme’s dominant position within the Newry retail hierarchy.
‘We are now seeing the significant return of the Euro shopper to border locations such as Newry and announcements in respect of further new lettings are anticipated in the coming months.’
