Best Customer Service (Independent Retailer)

CRITERIA: Open to all independent retailers who are committed to offering excellent levels of customer service and a commitment to providing the best retail experience to all customers. Independent retailers with three or less stores throughout Northern Ireland will qualify to enter this category.

All businesses who enter this category will undergo a mystery shop as part of the judging process.

  4. How do you ensure that staff are knowledgeable on the products and services offered? (500 words max.)
