CRITERIA: Open to all independent retailers who are committed to offering excellent levels of customer service and a commitment to providing the best retail experience to all customers. Independent retailers with three or less stores throughout Northern Ireland will qualify to enter this category.

Shortlisted businesses in this category will undergo a mystery shop as part of the judging process.
