CRITERIA: Open to all branded retail stores with two or more branches throughout Northern Ireland who demonstrate commitment to offering the highest levels of service to all customers.

All businesses who enter this category will undergo a mystery shop as part of the judging process.

  1. Provide an overview of your business, the number of branches in Northern Ireland, their locations and the products/services on offer. (500 words max.)
  2. Describe the range of products and services you provide to customers and how you maintain a welcoming ambience in store. (500 words max.)
  3. How have you ensured that the appearance and layout of your premises improves the customer experience and ensures inclusivity for all members of the public? (500 words max.)
  4. How do you ensure that staff are knowledgeable about the products and services offered? (500 words max.)
  5. Outline your management and staff training strategies to ensure good customer service, including feedback and suggestions for improvement. (500 words max.)
