The event will bring together a number of organisations that support businesses operating across the border, including:
- Cross-Border Partnership Employment Services
- Department of Social Protection
- Department for Communities
- InterTradeIreland
- Local Enterprise Office Louth
During the event, businesses will receive practical information and guidance on a range of important topics including:
- Information and advice on recruiting cross-border workers in Ireland
- Support grants available to SMEs in the cross-border region
- How to tap into the skills pool available across the border
- What financial supports and incentives are available when recruiting new staff
The event will also feature a case study from an SME that has previously availed of these incentives and will share their experiences of accessing supports and growing their workforce.
