Newry Chamber, Newry BID and Land & Property Services (LPS) are hosting an information session to allow local business ratepayers to find out more about the revaluation process.

There will be a presentation about revaluation, followed by a question and answer session. LPS staff will also be on-hand afterwards to deal with individual questions.
LPS has just completed a revaluation of all 74,000 business properties in Northern Ireland for rates purposes. The valuation of every business property will now be in line with April 2018 rental values. These new values will be used to calculate rate bills for businesses from April 2020.
The Reval 2020 Draft Schedule of Values was published on Tues 7th Jan 2020 and it has left both winners and losers.
We are keen to work with those businesses whose Draft NAV has increased to see what we can do to challenge the increase.

- Your Address
- Your Property ID
- By Area
- By Property Class
Your Property ID is a handy piece of information for searching, you will find it on your Rate Bill or Valuation Certificate.
VIEW REVAL 2020 DRAFT SCHEDULE OF VALUES:
We would encourage you to view your new valuations as soon as possible and register for this event, to talk to with LPS about their valuation, if necessary, before it is used to calculate your rate bill from 1st April 2020.
