The second Business Tour will take place at the HQ of Kukoon Rugs in Newry.

Kukoon Rugs is a successful family business run by the brother and sister team of Paul and Clare Vallely. They have been on a remarkable journey from selling their first rug online in 2006 to selling over 650,000 rugs shipped worldwide in 2021.

They more than doubled their product range during the pandemic and increased the workforce from 30 people at the start of 2020 to almost 90 people today, with two bespoke showrooms in Newry and Belfast and a distribution centre in Liverpool.

This is a great opportunity to hear about starting an growing a successful business and gaining an understanding of the mechanics behind it through a tour of the site.
