Register to attend the upcoming BUSINESS TOUR of our member, Orior Furniture, an innovative family and friends run business founded by Brian and Rosie McGuigan in Newry in 1979.

Orior Furniture has been in business for over 45 years and it designs, manufactures and supplies stunning, bespoke pieces of handmade Irish furniture to their clients, all around the world.

Orior’s creative motivation thrives on the collaboration between designers and furniture makers, with multiple generations of craftspeople, some whom have been with the business since its founding, providing expertise.

At their workshop based in Greenbank Industrial Estate in Newry, the makers bring designs to life, infusing traditional Irish furniture-making principles with new passion and ideas.

In May 2019, with the founders’ son, Ciarán McGuigan at the helm of the business, Orior opened a new U.S. showroom space in Tribeca, New York City with a collection of twenty-two works and a renewed vision for the brand deep-rooted in their origin as designers and makers.
