Congratulations to our member, CMD has been awarded a €1.5m fit-out contract for Ireland’s first PF Chang’s, which is due to launch in Dundrum Town Centre this summer.
The fit-out specialists will be responsible for the complete fit-out and specialist joinery of the new 5000 sq. ft Asian restaurant, which will be located in Ireland’s largest shopping centre at Dundrum.
Works will include fit-out of exquisite bar and restaurant areas, bespoke Asian style kitchens, installation of an exclusive Asian mural which is unique to this Dublin restaurant and the iconic ‘Chang Horse’ sculpture.
Niall Finnegan, Managing Director at CMD commented:

Our talented workforce is committed to delivering a superior finish to ensure the new restaurant is delivered on time and within budget.”
The project is due to take approximately 12 weeks to complete and it is hoped that PF Chang’s will open its doors in Ireland for the first time this summer.
Popular Asian restaurant franchise, PF Chang’s was founded in the US by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming.
The founders ‘Farm to Wok’ food philosophy, uses the finest and freshest ingredients and a wholesome, scratch-cooking approach, making PF Chang’s a firm favourite for Asian food lovers.
