Following on from the success of our Cross Border Business Support Expo we plan to host another one on Thursday the 30th January 2014 in the Carrickdale Hotel from 9.30am to 1pm.
We have some new partners on board including Louth County Enterprise Board and The Business Support Unit of Louth County Council and also InterTrade Ireland who have been with us from the start. With this new team on board we think this will be the biggest and best Cross Border Business Support Expo ever.
This one stop expo will be an opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to see what support they can obtain? They will also find out what business grants they can apply for? Which funded programmes will help grow their business? Also, what finance is available to them. If they are thinking of entering new markets what do they need to survive. If they are thinking of expanding or recruiting where can they look to for advice.
This is event is joint hosted by Dundalk Chamber of Commerce and Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade and is supported by InterTradeIreland, Louth Business Support Unit and Louth County Enterprise Board.
In this challenging economic climate local businesses need to take advantage of all support opportunities afforded to them. The aim of this event is to provide a forum where businesses can find out all they need to know about the support they can and should avail of.
This event is open to all businesses and entry is FREE of charge. It will operate on a ‘business drop-in clinic’ format; whereby business representatives can call in to the event at any stage between the hours of 9.30am to 1pm on the 30th January 2013. The event will end with a light lunch.
We will have an extensive media campaign on radio, paper and on social media to attract as large an attendance as possible to this worthwhile event.
