Camlough woman has been named Outstanding Young Communicator of the year at the annual Northern Ireland Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) awards. Deborah King is a client manager at PR firm Stakeholder Communication working between the company’s Belfast headquarters and Newry office for six years. Recently appointed as Vice President of Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade, her clients include some well known Newry businesses including the Quays Shopping Centre, Parker Green International, Autoline Insurance Group and Jack Murphy Jewellers as well as the Southern Area Hospice Services. Deborah also works with established regional names, Sainsbury’s, BBC TV Licensing, and the Metropolitan Arts Centre. Describing being honoured with the award as “absolutely fantastic,” Deborah said it was a reflection of the Stakeholder team.
