HEAT Health and Fitness are a new fitness studio in Newry City providing a different way to train.
Offering 45 minute classes in the morning and evening, they use low impact training methods to offer a training session for all ages and abilities.
Using Concept2 Row, Ski and Bike Ergs to create a full body workout, their high-intensity interval sessions are guaranteed to get a sweat on and leave you feeling great afterward.
Classes are offered on a PAYG basis, with discounted rates for bulk packages. They also offer a monthly membership which offers unlimited classes each month as well as member-only rewards throughout the year.
As part of their membership, they are also partnering with other local businesses (coffee shops, masseuses etc) to reward their members whilst supporting other small businesses in Newry.
Their objective is for each customer to leave their studio feeling better than when they entered and to create a loyal community that has fun whilst improving their health.
