Southern Regional College (SRC) is the largest Further and Higher Education College outside of Belfast in NI with a total of six campuses across the counties of Armagh and Down.
Covering four district councils, the SRC offers first class education and an exciting learning environment for further and higher education.
At the SRC, they pride themselves on being able to offer students a diverse range of Higher Education learning experiences.
Their portfolio of higher level professional and technical courses is broad ranging and they ensure that all their programmes including Degrees, Foundation Degrees, Higher Level Apprenticeships, HNDs, HNCs are of a quality surpassing that offered at university.
Alongside their mainstream further and higher education, the SRC offers innovative and collaborative work with 38 local schools through the entitlement framework. They also offer a range of opportunities for study within the local community through our community development programmes.
The Business Support and Innovation Centre at the SRC aims to help companies of all sizes to innovate, compete and grow through the provision of a unique mix of technical and business knowhow, skills development and R&D services.
The Business Support and Innovation Team work with companies from across Northern Ireland, particularly in the southern region, as well as servicing business clients in the Republic of Ireland.
Their 15-strong team of Innovation and Technology Specialists coupled with their Business Development and Administration Executives are committed to increasing employer-college engagement to underpin, develop and strengthen innovative and flexible approaches to meeting current and future skills needs.
The work of the Business Support and Innovation Centre is supported through a range of earmarked funding initiatives resulting in minimal cost and maximum benefit to business clients.
