Congratulations to our member, Bradley NI who will be joining forces with Simon Brien, one of Northern Ireland’s leading estate agencies as their first franchisee to become Simon Brien Bradley.
Under the stewardship of their Managing Director, Garrett O’Hare, Bradley NI has established itself as a trusted and progressive estate agency in the Newry, Mourne and Down region.
Simon Brien is a long-established and trusted name in the property world, with over 40 years of experience. In 2024, the business became part of the Sherry FitzGerald Group, Ireland’s largest property group, with 107 offices across the Republic.
Through this new franchise partnership, Bradley NI will now form part of an 8-office network across Northern Ireland, their 3 offices in Newry, Warrenpoint and Newcastle together with Simon Brien’s 5 locations.
This expanded footprint will give Bradley NI’s clients broader exposure, enhanced marketing reach across the island and access to deeper expertise and cutting-edge technology solutions that will transform their clients’ property experiences.
Bradley NI clients will still be dealing with the same local team and can expect the same high standards of service, now delivered with the additional scale, reach and innovation of the wider Simon Brien and Sherry FitzGerald networks.
The rebrand to Simon Brien Bradley will commence over the summer, with a full launch expected by early autumn.
