Newry Chamber held its Annual Golf Classic kindly supported by long-term Principal Sponsor of this event, Brown & Brown UK at a sun-drenched Cloverhill Golf Club on Friday 16th May.
The Four-ball Scramble Stroke Play Event saw some impressive scoring at Cloverhill, nestled in the beautiful hills of the South Armagh countryside which was in immaculate condition.
Best Property Services went one better than their second-place finish at the event last year, taking the top spot this time around, followed closely by the team from MyLife Bathrooms coming in second and Peter Sands & Co team, claiming third place.
The individual prizes on the day went to Seamus McGivern from the Brown & Brown team for ‘Closest to the Pin’ on the 9th hole and Garry Sands from the Peter Sands & Co team for the ‘Longest Drive’ on the 16th hole.
