Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade is excited to launch its biennial Northern Ireland Small Business Conference – ‘Empowering Your Business’ which will take place on Thursday 10th November in the Canal Court Hotel, Newry.
This half day event will provide delegates with all they need to know about empowering and scaling up your business for sustainable growth. It is hosted by Newry Chamber of Commerce; sponsored by Invest NorthernIrelandand Newry, Mourne & Down District Council.
Keynote speakers include, Joanne Sweeney, former TV3 Apprentice Star and Founder of The Digital Training Institute; Joan McClean, Google and Feargal McCormack, PKF FPM (2016 Employer of the Year) sharing his tips on ‘Empowering your team’. Informative workshops will be delivered and facilitated by; InterTradeIreland, First Trust Bank, Ulster Bank, Bank of Ireland, ESS Ltd and ASM Chartered Accountants.
Chief Executive, Mary Meehan, Newry Chamber stated, “We are delighted to once again host the ‘NI Small Business Conference’ in Newry. Small businesses make up 99.9 % of the private sector inNorthern Irelandand although NI still remains one of the UKs best place to start and scale a business, scaling up still poses a challenge for many entrepreneurs. We would therefore like to encourage as many businesses to participate to seek practical advice and inspiration on how to make this happen’.

The event starts at 8am and runs until 2pm with a cost per delegate of £25pp for Chamber members and £30pp +VAT for non members (includes breakfast & lunch).
